TOWN OF HAMBURG, WI (WSAU) — One person has died as a result of last week’s two-vehicle crash at the intersection of State Highway 107 and County Road L in the Marathon County Town of Hamburg.
Officers say Luis Alberto Cerrato Lanzas, 24, of Wausau, died at a local hospital on October 11th. He was airlifted from the crash scene on October 8th with life-threatening injuries.
A passenger was taken away by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. The second driver was not injured.
No further information about the incident has been released.
