Wisconsin Badgers
MADISON, WI (WSAU) – Ohio State beat Wisconsin, 2-1, to sweep their two games in Madison.
The Buckeyes, 3-0-1, scored 21 seconds into the game by Riley Thompson. Their 1-0 lead increased after a goal early in the third period.
The Badgers cut into the lead on Quinn Finley’s goal with 8-minutes remaining, but they would come no closer.
The Badgers are now 1-3-0 on the season.

The Badgers women, trailing by three goals, rallied for a 4-3 win over Minnesota.
Hannah Halverson tied the game, and Casey O’Brien scored the game winner late in the third period.
The Badgers, ranked number one, are off to an 8-0-0 start. The Gophers fall for 4-3-0.
