WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Downtown patrons had their Friday night plans interrupted by a power outage.
Wisconsin Public Service reports more than 2,400 customers were without power for about an hour due to an equipment issue.
the outage was reported at about 5:30 PM. The lights were back on in most areas by 6:15 PM.
The outage occured during a vintage game night fundraiser at The Pinery Coffee House and just before a concert at the Grand Theater featuring Trampled by Turtles.
