PITTSBURGH, PA (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers began their road trip with an 8-5 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday night.
Christian Yelich had two home runs and four RBIs. Joey Ortiz also went deep. Sal Frelick drove in two runs and Issac Collins had one RBI.
Carlos Rodriguez picked up the win and Trevor Megill notched his eighth save of the season.
The Brewers, now 25-26, will face the Pirates again tonight…pre game show at 5:05 on WSAU.
