MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Atlanta Braves knocked off the Milwaukee Brewers 7-1 on Monday night at American Family Field.
The Brewers took a 1-0 lead in the 3rd inning but only managed five hits in the game while Atlanta pounded out 11 including three home runs in scoring seven unanswered runs.
Aaron Civale only lasted 4 2/3 innings giving up two runs on five hits with five K’s and two walks to take the loss. William Contreras drove in the only Milwaukee run.
The Brewers fall to 35-32 and will host the Braves again tonight…pre game show at 6:05 on WSAU.
