Milwaukee Bucks
NEW YORK, NY (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks have been drawn into East Group C for the 2025 Emirates NBA Cup.
Milwaukee joins Chicago, Miami, New York, and Charlotte in the group. Cup games will begin on October 31st, with group play wrapping up by November 28th.
The NBA Cup consists of four regular-season games against group opponents. Those games count for both standings. The three group winners and one second-place team will advance to the knockout stage, with the high seeds in each conference hosting those games.
The semifinals and championship game will once again take place in Las Vegas. Teams that do not make the knockout stage will have two additional games added to their regular-season schedule in early December.
Atlanta, Cleveland, Indiana, Toronto, and Washington have been drawn into East Group A. Group B will feature Boston, Brooklyn, Detroit, Orlando, and Philadelphia.
The complete schedule will be released at a later date.
Milwaukee defeated Oklahoma City 97-81 to win the 2024 NBA Cup.
