TOWN OF WOLF RIVER, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — First responders are investigating a drowning in Langlade County.
WAOW TV reports that a 14-year-old boy drowned in Sawyer Lake Friday afternoon, July 25th.
The victim was from the Chicago area. He was pulled from the water, and life-saving measures were attempted, but he died at the scene.
No further information has been released, and the incident remains under investigation.
