DETROIT, MI (WSAU) The Packers made key plays on 4th down, and the Lions did not, in a key 31-24 win.
The Packers scored touchdowns on two 4th down tries, and completed a key pass late in the game to run out the clock. The Lions were stopped on two 4th downs by the smothering Packers defense.
Jordan Love threw four touchdown passes and had a quarterback rating of 122. He was 18-of-30 for 234 yards.
Jared Goff was under duress for much of the game.
Packers defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt was carted off the field in the second half. His injury status is unknown.
The Packers improve to 8-3-1 this season, and have swept the Lions this year. The Packers play the first place Bears next Sunday at Lambeau Field. The game has been flexed to a 3:25pm kickoff.
