CHICAGO, IL (WSAU) – Bears quarterback Caleb Williams threw a touchdown pass in overtime to DJ Moore, for a 22-16 overtime win over the Packers.
Packers mistakes down the stretch cost them dearly. Chicago, trailing by 7, recovered an onside kick with under two-minutes to play. The ensuing Chicago touchdown sent the game to overtime. In OT, the Packers fumbled on 4th & 3 to give the Bears the ball learing to the decisive touchdown.
The Packers lost starting quarterback Jordan Love to a concussion on a helmet-to-helmet hit in the first half. Back-up Malik Willis was 9-of-11 for 121 yards.
The Bears stregthened their hold on first place in the NFC North, improving to 11-4. The Packers fall to 9-5-1, and still hold the 7th and final playoff spot in the NFC if the season ended today.
