SoftBank nears deal for data center investment firm DigitalBridge, Bloomberg News reports

Dec 29 (Reuters) – SoftBank is ‍in advanced talks to acquire ‌DigitalBridge, ‌Bloomberg News reported on Monday, citing people ​familiar with the ‍matter.

SoftBank ​could ​announce an ‍agreement as soon as Monday, the ‍report said.

Reuters could not ‍immediately ‍verify ​the ​report.
