PARIS, April 16 (Reuters) – Mahmoud Khader Abed Adra, a suspect alleged to have been behind a deadly attack in 1982 on a Jewish restaurant in Paris, has been arrested in France, the French anti-terrorist prosecutor’s office said on Thursday.
It added in a statement that Adra, also known as Hicham Harb, had been placed in custody in France following his arrival at a French military airbase, after he had been first handed over to French officials by Palestinian authorities.
The attack on the restaurant in Rue des Rosiers, in the heart of Paris’ historic Marais district, killed six people.
