ANTIGO, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — An Antigo man is now facing one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle after a crash that left a 45-year-old woman dead last week.
WAOW TV reports that 25-year-old Kory Piszczor is facing charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, OWI, bail jumping, and using or possessing with intent to use a masking agent. He is now wanted on a bench warrant, issued on April 24th.
The crash killed Gina Marie Brunner of Wittenberg. Piszczor was treated for injuries at a nearby hospital.
The crash occurred at about 10:30 PM on April 22nd. At the time, investigators noted that evidence at the scene indicated alcohol may have been a factor.
Court records show Piszczor has also been cited for operating left of center and failure to keep a vehicle under control. Court action against him is pending.
