MOSINEE, WI (WSAU) — Remember the “Six-Seven” craze from last winter?
The Mosinee Brewing Company is bringing back the phrase that means everything and nothing at the same time in their latest brew to support the Mosinee Parent Teacher Organization.
“6-7 American IPA” will launch on June 7th (6/7) and is brewed at 6.7% alcohol. Additionally, the ale features a 67 IBU, or International Bitterness Units. That’s a scale measuring the bitterness of the beer.
According to a Facebook post, Mosinee Brewing will donate a portion of each pint sold to the Mosinee PTO, “helping support local students, teachers, and schools in our community.”
The beer was crafted in collaboration with the Valley Cooperative Association, Wisconsin Hop Exchange, and Craft Beer Professionals.
