WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – Due to rain and storms being in the forecast on Wednesday afternoon and evening, Wausau Events has announced that they’ve opted to relocate this week’s Concert on the Square to the Rothschild Pavilion.
Brass Differential, a popular local New Orleans-style brass band, will be performing. The doors open at 5:30 p.m and the band takes the stage at six. Carry-ins and lawn chairs are permitted inside the pavilion, and food trucks will still be located outside.
According to the National Weather Service, the Wausau area is expected to see showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 8 pm and patchy fog after midnight. Otherwise, we can expect increasing clouds, with a low of around 53. A light and variable wind is expected, with the chance of precipitation being 60%.
