Milwaukee Brewers
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – The Cubs rallied for 3-runs in the 10th inning to beat the Brewers, 4-3 on Sunday afternoon. Chicago took two-out-of-three in the weekend series, after the Brewers swept them at Wrigley Field earlier this year.
Seuya Suzuki had the key hit in the 10th, brining in two runs.
The Brewers got two runs back in the bottom of the 10th on RBI singles from Christian Yelich followed by a bases loaded walk. The game ended when Gary Sanchez grounded into a double-play.
The Brewers open a four game series against the Reds on Monday night. Robert Gasser (1-3) is scheduled to pitch at 6:05pm on WSAU.
