GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers are hoping one of their biggest stars returns to the field against one of their biggest rivals.
According to a report from The Ringer’s Tom Pelissero, “Green Bay is known as one of the most conservative teams medically in the NFL. But there is optimism that he’ll be back Week 6 against his old team, the Cowboys, and potentially even Week 5 against the Bears.”
Parsons will miss games against the Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, Atlanta Falcons, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but under the new regulations for 2026, he could begin practicing as early as Week 3 and be able to play as early as Week 5.
Before tearing his ACL in December of last year, Parsons led the NFL in total pressures and recorded 12.5 sacks in 14 games during his first season as a Packer.
