TOWN OF LINCOLN, WI (WSAU-WXPR) — There’s been another bust in the on-going drug crackdown in Forest county.
The latest arrest has been identified as 31 year old Joseph Sahpenaid. He was arrested at his home in the Town of Lincoln on Monday.
A search of the residence allegedly found 12 grams of pre-packaged heroin, more than 200 pre-packaged bags of crack cocaine totaling more than 80 grams, with other prescription pills, drug paraphernalia, cash and firearms. Detectives estimate the street value of the drugs to be $22,000.
Suhpenais is facing a number of felony drug charges including intent to deliver.
Officials say more arrests are possible in this continuing investigation.
