WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — At least one of three men accused of assaulting a teenage girl multiple times is headed to trial.
Monday morning Jacob Lo, 17 was in Marathon County Circut Court for a preliminary hearing. Lo is facing charges of child enticement, and sexual intercourse with a child age 15 or older for allegedly participating in a group assault of a 15-year-old girl who ran away from her foster home in November of 2020.

At the hearing, the court found probable cause against Lo and bound him over for trial. Lo then pleaded not guilty to the four charges against him. Lo is set to return to court on February 23rd for a review hearing.
The two other men facing charges in the case, Ger Yang and Dennis Moua, will return to court on February 26th for review hearings. Neither man has been assigned a public defender and won’t have a preliminary hearing until one is assigned.
