STEVENS POINT, Wi (WSAU) — A one vehicle crash in Stevens Point this morning sent an 18 year old man to the hospital with serious injuries
According to a release from the Stevens Point Police Department the accident was called in around 5:30 near the intersection of Hwy 66 and West Gates. The man was eastbound on Hwy 66 when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
The man was transported by ambulance to a Marshfield hospital. The cause of the crash is unknown but speed and alcohol are not suspected as factors. The man’s identity has not been released.
