MADISON, WI (WTAQ-WRN) — In Washington, the House impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden took an unexpected turn on Wednesday.
Lev Parnas, a former associate of Rudy Giuliani, made some allegations
“Congressman Pete Sessions, then Congressman Devin Nunez, Senator Ron Johnson, and many others understood they’re pushing a false narrative,” said Parnas. “The same goes for John Solomon, Sean Hannity, and media personnel particularly with Fox News who use this narrative to manipulate the public ahead of the 2020 elections.”
Parnas was hired by Giuliani to find damaging information on the president and his son Hunter, in order to benefit then president Donald Trump prior to the 2020 election.
Parnas told the panel that accusations of the elder Biden’s corruption were untrue.
A Johnson spokeswoman called the claims by Parnas “baseless.”
