GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers and rookie safety Javon Bullard have agreed to a four-year deal, making first-round pick Jordan Morgan the only rookie left in the 2024 class still unsigned.
The deal was first announced by the team in a post on X, and Bullard’s four-year rookie contract is estimated by Over the Cap to be worth $6.71 million, including a $1.69 million signing bonus and a nearly $1.22 million salary cap amount in 2024. Bullard’s deal is valid through 2027.
Bullard has become popular around the Packers’ locker room in the short time he’s been in Green Bay, with cornerback Eric Stokes speaking about Bullard, saying, “I love Bull. He came (to Georgia) right after me. He’s a dog. He’s a savage. He’s knocking heads off. I can’t wait to be out there with him,” and when asked about Stokes, Bullard had similar praise, saying, “That’s my locker buddy. Me and E go way back, even before I got here. He’s helped me tremendously, on and off the field. That’s my guy.”
The Packers will continue OTA’s this week before moving into mandatory minicamp from June 11–13.
