MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – The Milwaukee Bucks have made just their second move this off-season after many expected the Bucks to be one of the busier teams on the free agency and trade markets.
According to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, the Bucks, and free agent forward Taurean Prince agreed to a deal on Wednesday night, making him the second free agent to join the team this off-season, joining former Miami guard Delon Wright.
Prince, who was a first-round pick in 2016, has moved around the league over the last few years but played under Bucks’ top assistant coach Darvin Ham last season, averaging 8.9 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.
Milwaukee is looking to get younger and more athletic this off-season, and Prince will provide the Bucks with a solid perimeter defender who can shoot from behind the arc after shooting 37% from deep with the Lakers in 2023.
