WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — The Sylvan Hill Tubbing Area will open to the public on Saturday.
Marathon County and Wausau Parks, Recreation, and Forestry made the announcement in a Facebook post on Thursday, saying “get ready for a day of thrills at one of Wisconsin’s biggest snow tubing hills.”
Day passes are $11 for adults (ages 14 and up) and $7 for kids. All tubers must be at least 42 inches tall. Punch cards are also available for both age groups, and can be used by multiple people in the same session.
The season is scheduled to run through March 2nd, weather and snow conditions permitting.
